Toast Bouquets LLC

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Toast Bouquets LLC (“Toast Bouquets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, paying a deposit, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Placing an Order & Advance Notice

So every arrangement gets the care it deserves, we ask that you place your order at least one (1) week before your requested pickup, delivery, or event date. Larger orders — such as weddings, funerals, and events — may require additional lead time depending on the size of the order and the flowers involved. We’ll always confirm timing with you when we prepare your quote.

2. Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and are valid for the period we specify. Final pricing may change if your order details, flower availability, quantities, delivery needs, or event requirements change. A quote is not a confirmed order until you approve it and pay the required deposit.

3. Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve any order. Your order is not scheduled until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or the event date, as agreed when your order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Square. Applicable North Carolina sales tax will be added where required.

4. No Refunds

Because our products are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.

5. No Exchanges

Completed orders cannot be exchanged. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly so we can do our best to make it right.

6. Flower Substitutions

Flowers are natural products and availability varies by season and supplier. When needed, we may substitute flowers, colors, or materials of similar style and value while keeping the overall look and feel of your arrangement. Photos you share are used as inspiration and do not guarantee an exact duplicate, as each design is created by hand.

7. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, please let us know as soon as possible. Deposits remain non-refundable, and any changes are subject to availability and the remaining lead time before your date.

8. Pickup & Delivery

We offer pickup and local delivery across Gastonia and the greater Charlotte metro. Delivery availability, timing, and any fees are confirmed when you place your order. Please make sure someone is available to receive delivered orders. We are not responsible for issues caused by an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or instructions to leave an order unattended.

9. Calls, Texts & Messaging Consent

When you submit our quote form and check the consent box, or otherwise share your phone number with us, you agree that Toast Bouquets may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your request and order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you by other methods by letting us know. Opting out of promotional messages does not stop essential messages about an active quote or order. For more detail on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Ownership & Intellectual Property

This website, our business name, logo, designs, photographs, and content are owned by Toast Bouquets LLC and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toast Bouquets LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
